J. Peter Thompson is a seasoned private equity investor with more than 30 years of experience in providing financing to minority-controlled companies. As managing Partner, he led the firm through the successful formation of its follow-up funds and the positioning of OCP as one of the most experienced funds in the country. Mr. Thompson has managed OCP's affairs with respect to many investments and has served as a member of the board of directors of many OCP portfolio companies. He has also served as a Director of the Bay Area Small Business Development Corporation, the Black Adoption Placement and Research Center and the National Association of Investment Companies. He is currently a director of several OCP portfolio companies including Access.1 Communications and Bustos Media. He holds an undergraduate degree from Hampton University and received an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Lewis E. Byrd has more than 20 years of private equity, finance and general management experience, and joined OCP in 1990. Mr. Byrd has served as a member of the board of directors of several OCP portfolio companies, and has managed OCP's affairs regarding several investments. He is currently a Director of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association, serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of SFJAZZ , and previously served as a Trustee of St. Paul's Episcopal School. Mr. Byrd holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard College and received an MBA in general management from the Harvard Business School.

Anita Stephens Graham has more than 20 years of experience at management levels within the private equity and banking industries and joined OCP in 1996. Ms. Graham has managed OCP's affairs with respect to its investments in several companies. She currently serves on the board of directors of the National Association of Investment Companies. She is also a board member of Pacific Community Ventures and a member of the Cornell University Entrepreneurial Advisory Council. Ms. Graham holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Cornell University and an Executive MBA from Golden Gate University.
